Is there a guarantee on Sealskin products?: The guarantee terms and conditions are always stated when you purchase the product. This guarantee is provided by the retailer where you purchase the product, so you should always refer to the retailer in the event of any complaints.

Can the water seal on my shower door be replaced?: The water seal is attached to either side of the glass plate and can therefore easily be removed. The seals are subject to wear and tear and are therefore not covered by the guarantee. You can order these seals from your nearest Sealskin dealer – which can be found under Sales Outlets. When placing your order, mention the line, type, door rotation details and the dimensions of your shower enclosure.

Can a Custom shower be ordered from Sealskin?: Absolutely! Sealskin specialises in exceptional shower solutions. Go to Customisation options to find out more.

How do I wash and dry my bath or toilet mat?: Bath and toilet mats can be washed in the washing machine at 40° C, using a bleach free washing powder, and dried in the tumble dryer at a low temperature. Do not dry clean!

Can the shower curtain be machine washed?: Wash fabric shower curtains at 30°C using a bleach free washing powder and hang up to dry. Water resistance is improved if you iron the curtain on the inside at a cool temperature. PVC curtains can be sponged down with an all purpose cleaning agent.
